We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Birthofhiphop. We would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong selection
Customers may request a refund on goods sold within postmarked 30 days of receipt.
For international returns we allow up to postmarked 45 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
The item must not be used.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must be returned with its original receipt.
Additional conditions:
If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and
refund.
In case of item return, customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on
regularly-priced items.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be
processed and accepted or denied.
Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process.
Customers will be provided with a return number before they may begin the return.
